Twitter and all of it's applications are simply amazing. Today one of the local real estate agents that I follow posted this tweet announcing her adorable listing.
I had to check it out and this is how I learned about Tweetlister. Tweetlister allows you to promote listings and rental properties. The screen shot below is actually our North Admiral home which has recently become available to rent.
Tweetlister allows you to schedule when and how often you want your property "re-tweeted". You can upload photos and have the home's walk-score included. It is super quick and easy to do.
This promotes your listings to your "followers" on Twitter and allows others to re-tweet and share with their followers. Plus, you can send your tweet's unique URL back to your client to show them how extra-special your talents are.
