Yesterday I met with a couple of Realtors from Windermere to help show them how to set up a Typepad blog. It wound up being a lot of fun. I really enjoyed watching the expressions and seeing the light bulbs go off as each person thought of ways to personalize their blog. Check out Maureen Donhauser's blog...she's all ready promoting a listing!
The most time consuming part is setting up the blog (it maybe takes 30 to 45 minutes). Once the blog is created, you can always tinker or make adjustments to it at anytime.
By the way, I just learned that Typepad has a promo going on right now. When you set up your Typepad account (you can click the blue button on this blog), be sure to enter INSPIRE in the "promotional code" section. This will allow you to have 3 free months to try out their blog platform instead of 2 weeks. I'm not sure how long this promo will last... 3 months should be plenty of time for you to get your feet wet.
