Low-mid credit scores 720-739 = 5.00% priced with 1 point (apr 5.143).
Low-mid credit scores 740 or higher = 4.875% priced with 1 point (apr 5.016).
Sales price of $625,000 with a $500,000 loan amount and a 45 day lock:
720-739 low-mid credit scores = 5.25% priced with 1 point (apr 5.388).
740 or higher low-mid credit score = 5.000% with 1 point (apr 5.135).
