    Alert to LOCK

    I just posted a short article at Rain City Guide regarding our rising mortgage interest rates.   Please don't float your mortgage interest rates during these economic times.   Floating is for little kids in a wading pool...not your mortgage.

    Friday's rates will follow...on Friday (tomorrow).
